Email Signature Generator

Information

• If you have a country-specific role (e.g. sg brokerage, sg commercial, id content), please make sure you're sending emails from your .sg or .hk address
• For customer-facing employees, please make sure to include the office number in your email, otherwise you may clear it.
• Please make sure to set up the signature separately-- the Gmail desktop signature is different from the Gmail mobile signature.
• NOTE: Mobile requires you to go into the app settings on your phone and paste in the 'text-only' signature. The Apple mail client doesn't seem to format it properly. Gmail, Inbox and Outlook look like more stable clients

Instructions

• Enter the necessary details on the left according to your position, country, mobile number.
• Once done, click on COPY, and go to the settings of your Gmail client.
• Scroll all the way down to signature, paste it in the textbox.
• Important: Please refrain from twiddling the email signature once pasted, this may cause the signature to break.
• Click SAVE CHANGES and you're good to go!
  • If you send from your mobile, copy the text only signature into you preferred client (see the note above too)
